Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Libya in Addis Ababa, H.E. Mr. El-Makki El-ALEM, paid a courtesy call to H.E. Ambassador Mesganu Arga, State Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, and discussed bilateral relations and issues of mutual concerns. Speaking about GERD, Ambassador Mesganu said the Nile water is an African water and outstanding issues should be resolved under the AU-led process & the Arab League should not be an apparatus for the interests of one country. Both sides agreed to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the two countries in the fields of economy, security, and labor.
