The newly appointed Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Türkiye to Ethiopia, H.E. Berk Baran, presented a copy of his credentials to the Chief of Protocol of Ministry of foreign affairs of Ethiopia, H.E. Ambassador Demeke Atnafu today (21 March 2023).
After welcoming Ambassador Baran to Addis Ababa, Ambassador Demeke wished the latter best of luck in discharging his official duties. He also extended the sympathy of the People and Government of 🇪🇹 to the People and Government of 🇹🇷 in light the recent catastrophic earthquakes.
The Chief of Protocol also briefed the Ambassador-Designate on current affairs and assured the him of the continued assistance of the Government of Ethiopia in the latter’s future endeavors.
